As OEMs are developing new features in cars it is becoming a complicated install to just remove and install an aftermarket stereo

General Notes:
- Some Vehicles may include radios with security lockout codes.
- Be sure to have the activation code before unplugging factory radio
- Comes with Tech Support Phone Number if having any problems.
- If vehicle is equipped with factory CD changer, you must disconnect it in order to be able to install the interface.
- You will lose the use of the factory CD changer to gain use for iPODs / MP3s & other inputs.
NOTE: Models 2003-2005
- Must disable factory XM tuner if equipped.
- 1996-1999 Models with CD Player Stock Not Compatible
Compatibility Notes: CHEVY GMC HUMMER
- Not Compatible with factory external audio source such as XM tuner or external cd player, or cd changer.
- These devices need to be disconnected during the installation and will no longer function.
- Will lose use of these to gain use of iPOD or MP3 player which will display on factory radio
- 1995-1999 radios with built in CD player (except corvette) are not compatible because they do not have cd changer control functions.
